Originally founded in 1952, the business was built as an expedition Commanditaire Vennotschap (CV) which become Naamlooze Vennotschap (PT) five years later under the name of PT. PUSPITA.

Facing the global trends of International Trade and Markets, one member of the company’s Board of Directors has decided to create a fresh business unit in 2004, branded by the name of KARGOKU. this fresh unit has brought positive ideas to the company’s conservative management withour leaving its enormous skills and experiences from the day it was founded.
